My husband and I found a very nice townhome is Aspen Park in Pasadena, MD. We have a young daughter and a second child on the way. The schools seem pretty good however I know nothing about the neighborhood. Is it safe? Thanks for the advice!!

I'm not familiar with that particular neighborhood's dynamics, but given it's general location, it's probably at least an ok area. Go during the day on the weekend, ask the people you see outside what they think about the teens/young adults in the area - that's likely where you'll get your problems, unless there's isolated problem-adult houses. Driving through between 8-10pm and then again later on warm, clear Fri/Sat nights isn't a bad idea either when looking at neighborhoods.
