I work at a doctor's office in Greenbelt, MD and one of our sockets are not functioning anymore. When you plug anything into that particular socket, it won't work.

Is there any electrician in Greenbelt, MD (or at least any electrician in an area close to Greenbelt) that would be willing to repair our socket for a reasonable price?

How do you define reasonable?

Is it something other than an hourly labor rate that covers their costs of operating a business
including what's required to offer the likelihood that they'll be able to remain in business...
and have a reputation and a warranty that actually means something...

and FAR more importantly who will fix THIS single minor problem without a hard sales
pitch let alone subterfuge for more work?

If so... then ask your neighbors/friends for who they go to.
If not... open craigslist and take your chances.

The reality though is that what you describe is a very low level repair job
and almost anyone with the least bit of experience should be able to manage it.

I would check first to see if it is just a loose wire. Turn off the breaker, and unscrew the outlet cover. If it is like household wiring, you can just wrap the wire around the screw, tighten down the screw, then replace the outlet cover.
