Hello. I am looking for recommendations for trusted and true handymen and handywomen in the Cumberland area (but not house cleaners, and also not cooks...because my mom is an amaaaaazing cook...seriously, everyone who's ever eaten her food says she makes the best food ever
). My parents are in their mid and late 70s, and my sister and I live far away, but we really want to help them. I would appreciate any and all input, but more so if you personally have experience with a reliable and awesome helper. Thank you so much in advance.

As needed help such as snow shoveling, removing and replacing old tiles, maybe moving something heavy occasionally, etc. I honestly don't know exactly what they'd need, but I do know they need help from time to time.

What about lawn care? I know some folks who offer some of those other services as an auxillary to lawn care.
Otherwise, it may be difficult right now. We have had a very difficult time during the pandemic finding folks who will show up to do things like install screen doors. I'll ask around a bit and PM you if I find anything helpful.

I think they're good on lawn care at this point, but that's something to keep in mind for the future.
