Hi,
I'm selling my townhome and am looking for an agent that would be willing to take 4.5-5% in commision (giving the buyer agent 3% out of that). I have an agent that will do 4.5 but is located in VA, and would like to use someone familiar with the area. Also if anyone knows of any great Agents regardless, I'd love some opinions. I have equity, it's not a short sale or anything.
Thanks!

I don't know how much she will take, but an awesome agent in the Ellicott City/Columbia area..Moderator cut: Because we do not allow members that are real estate agents, to advertise their services, please DM this member with referrals. Thanks. We dealt with her when buying and selling our house two years ago and had a great experience with her. I feel like her one-person cheerleading squad, but she was just so great to work with that I want to tell people. Best wishes.

I do not know if she is willing to take a reduced commission, but my real estate agent is great:Please use the DM feature to contact this member with a referral. Thanks. She knows Columbia real estate like the back of her hand and she is a pleasure to work with. She has done 3 real estate transactions for my immediate family in the Columbia/Ellicott City area, and we think she is great.

suggestion is do 4.5% and 2% to selling agent with a $2k bonus.. or do a 4% with $2k bonus.. also find a staging Realtor, not just agent.. some agents are not Realtors, they are salespeople.. good luck
