My husband and I are contemplating having a home built in Elkridge, MD in the Richmond Homes housing development. The high school that the development is zoned for is Howard High School. We need an apartment/condo for short term rental while our home is being built to enable our 10th grader to attend school this fall. The apartment has to be in the vicinity of Howard High School.
