Hi, to everyone.

Ok, so here is the story. I want to relocate to Howard County or Silver
Spring. I live in Ohio now and Im looking to move
within the next 2-3 weeks or sooner. My credit is horrible and I will
have to find a new job because I am relocating. I 'm having a
really hard time finding an apartment. I'm looking for 1 bdrm between
700-800 dollars and I am willing to take money from my stock to pay a
12 month lease in advance for security. I have 4 year rental history where
I am now and a clean background. My question would be if I hired a real estate agent would that better my chance in finding apartment? Also, any helpful advice or links would be so helpful. I have been on CL,rent.com,apartments.com and every other site that has listings and
now I am becoming desperate.

Edit: I am even willing to take a 12 month sub-lease

sorry to read....your bes bet is to find someone who is renting property...use craigslist and the other real estate search engines...you will only have a problem if you deal with corporate/management firms....
