I have a piece of land in which I leased out to an oil conglomerate where I own half of the mineral rights.

In fact my deed did not list that the seller retain the mineral rights, not does it convey the mineral rights to me. Up the lease agreement, the agent stated the fact that the seller at the time of the sale failed to give me or retain the mineral rights, I only own half of the mineral rights coming from the land. Is there a way I can fight for all the mineral rights, now I owed the land?

Any suggestions
