We are looking for a house in the metro-west area and are finding the selection to be very limited. Do others feel the same? Any signs that things will pick up?
As a Realtor, what I'm seeing is that not a lot of new listings are coming on the market. When one does if it's a good house priced near market value it gets snapped up. I'm even seeing some houses go under contract that have been on the market almost a year at this point.
Natick has been very slow so far this year. I have several buyers looking in Natick and I've barely shown them anything at all. What kind of house are you looking for and what's your budget? I have a house I might be listing soon in Natick.
we are moving in the spring and our house will go on the market -so I like to hear that Natick is in such high demand! It is a great place to live. I had also heard from a realtor friend that there is not alot of good houses for sale atm in Natick I guess people are a little concerned about the economy. Good luck with your house hunting!
odinboy, I have clients looking in Natick/Wayland/Sudbury for 3+ bdrms, 2 baths, open floor plan, 1600+ sq ft between $400s to low 500K price range. They're open to any style home but split-level. If yours is a match please feel free to pm me. Thanks!
I'm betting we have an early spring & things coming on the market in late Feb/early March. At least I hope so!

That sounds somewhat like the home I'm talking about. I'll let you know when I get it signed up.
