Looking for a house (3-4 bedroom) to rent in Wayland for 1-2 years. Any suggestions? Anyone have a house on the market that wants to wait a while to sell but still receive income? I am a very responsible home owner in Groton MA looking to move to Wayland.

Let me know.

J

I know of a 4bd 2ba rental in Wayland for $2500/month, including lawn mowing & snow removal. Please feel free to pm me your email address if you'd like pics & details.

Unless you're next to a landfill or some other major negative, that's a great deal (if you can fit beds in all four bedrooms with room to spare and it's two full baths).

If this is the $2500/month rental listed in MLS it's 1800 sf which is not huge for a 4 bedroom home. However, I hate to presume to know how much space the OP is looking for. Also, Wayland is not a cheap town nor a town known for having lots of rentals. To get something 2500 sf or over would probably be more like $3K+ per month.

Rent House for Summer
Hello, we are glad to see your rent- house ads. As an old couple we just need to rent a simple house with a kitchen and a toilet. We can rent alone or share with someone. This time we are going to live from June 15 to September 15. Next time , maybe we live longer in this winter.
We are parents of a graduate student of Brandeis University. Recently our son is too busy to help us for renting and also we don't want to disturb him, but like to write to you.
Moreover if someone hopes to sell houses in Waltham, please let us know, too .
Now we are in China and preparing to fly to Waltham early June.
Thank you very much !
Sincerely yours, Naiang Qiu
