The complaint states the acts occurred with the 45 year old spa manager and a 58 year old licensed masseuse. Unlikely victims of trafficking...
...until you read that a 48 year old from the Spa claimed to have had her passport taken from her. And another woman in the case had already been arrested in MA on human-trafficking charges

Yep, I don't think any of the emerging details do anything to make it look better at all.
Would be interesting to see that contract and see if Gillette even has an out here?
What was the originally proposed name for the new stadium when it was built? CMGI field?
Yep - CMGI was going to pay the Krafts $7.6 million a year from 2002 to 2017 for the naming rights to CMGI Field. That was renegotiated to paying that for 2002 and from 2003 on, it would be only $1.6 million a year through 2015 for limited rights.
Gillette swooped in with an undisclosed deal that turned out to be for $8 million a year for 15 years and has been extended to 2031 again at an undisclosed amount.
I'm sure there is some sort of out for each company.
“This is a routine procedural hearing that the Court sets based on its schedule. The notice of appearance by the defendant is boilerplate, but in fact the lawyer appears for the defendant in a misdemeanor case. The defendant does not appear,” Kraft attorney Jack Goldberger said in a statement.

I wonder if Gillette would want an out.
I may be wrong but I think it will probably end up being business as usual. I don't see fans boycotting the Patriots, companies refusing to purchase advertising/commercials, etc.
The Patriots are worth an estimated $3.8 billion. How big can the league fine possibly be? It’s going to be chump change compared to $3.8 billion. Worst case, Kraft pays money and can’t attend some games. He’s not going to do Florida jail time and the fine and court costs will be pocket change to a billionaire. It’s not like this hurts the Patriots brand. NFL players kill people and they’re still heroes to the home town fans. Roid boy wife beater Steve Wright will get cheered in Fenway Park when he comes off suspension in June.
