Hi, i am planning to move to quincy Ma after giving birth my son. I am looking at two properties on sea st quincy, ma (adam shore ) and pine st quincy ma( north quincy) .I was wondering which neighborhood is better for living, safety, and school for my kids later. Any recommendation? Thank you!

For Adams Shore, I'd take a look at the flood maps. I know there was flooding issues in Quincy last year during a few winter storms.

North Quincy is very busy with the t so close by, and once the whole construction of the new north Quincy t lot development is done in a few year the whole area will be that much more developed and busy. I would also say the whole north Quincy area will get even pricier than it is now. Adams shore is more quiet and doesn’t have as high a price tag as north Quincy. But you’re close to the ocean etc. I think merrymount has a great lower school but both Montclair and Wollaston are good too
