Not if the male is over 18. In that case the authorities need to be involved. These are more often than not abusive relationships with older men and they likely come from an abusive home environment as well. And you want to send them to some abortion mill, where they are handed a pamphlet at the door and right back into the same situation they started in.

Not a parent yet and does not want to be one at 16. She has enough judgement to do what is right for her and take care of herself. That is what this vote is about.

She decided to have sex and she decides what she wants to do with the unintended result. Only her and her doctor. It is her health.
There are teenagers who get raped, sometimes by the so-called parent. She does not need his permission now. Be real.

If you truly believe a 16-year-old "has enough judgement to do what is right for her and take care of herself", then you must also believe that she knows how to not get pregnant if she doesn't want to right? You're talking in circles here bro.

FOLEY, COMMONWEALTH vs., 24 Mass. App. Ct. 114

Massachusetts has all kinds of laws on the books that aren’t enforced.

The law that’s enforced is the statutory rape law. Chapter 265. Section 23. Under age 16. Section 23A spells out all the age difference exceptions. You can only have sex with a 16 year old if you’re less than 10 years older.
