Unintended things happen no matter what age. Whatever age pregnancy can occur abortion is always the right choice. Choice. That does not have age limit.

Yeah. Since the dawn of time, no woman 18 or older has ever gotten accidentally pregnant. Only teens do that.

About the law that you reported
We could find only 1 case prosecuted under this law, Commonwealth v. Foley, 24 Mass. App. Ct. 114 (1987). in which a man offered a 14 year old boy $5 to perform fellatio.
(same link as before).

Also:
Whoever induces any person under 18 years of age of chaste life to have unlawful sexual intercourse.
The bold parts make it pretty obvious that it doesn't talk about a consensual normal relationship. In fact the only guy prosecuted for this could probably have been prosecuted for much more than this

FOLEY, COMMONWEALTH vs., 24 Mass. App. Ct. 114

Massachusetts has all kinds of laws on the books that aren’t enforced.

The law that’s enforced is the statutory rape law. Chapter 265. Section 23. Under age 16. Section 23A spells out all the age difference exceptions. You can only have sex with a 16 year old if you’re less than 10 years older.
Why do you keep writing my same posts right before me?

Liberal Catholics in MA. Worse than the lefties on West Coast. Different beliefs, but higher intensity of crazy. True believers.

It has happened, just as adults over 21 have gotten $hitfaced died of alcohol poisoning. Very unfortunate, but they are ADULTS who get to make those decision on their own. Kids CAN NOT.

Not exactly sure what you are referring to, but in high school I knew of a 19 or 20 year old guy who knocked up a 16-year-old. He was charged with statutory rape.

Maybe for your mother it was, but speak for yourself.

If that isn't downright inflammatory and tone deaf...
