In the east side of Cedarwood you can be walking distance to Stanley Elementary School, and also to restaurants on Main St and perhaps even Moody St. But on the west side it appears that you are only within walking distance of the Brandeis campus. Correct me if I am wrong though. Or is walkability not an important factor for you?
I would say you are correct for the most part. Cedarwood is not that big though and that house is a couple minute walk to the park and the Brandeis entrance. I walk a lot but don’t walk a ton to Main Street, mostly around the neighborhood or to Brandeis or the train.
