I wonder how his wife feels about the lengths he's gone to in defense of a strange woman (not to mention the time he's spent in prison for his efforts to defend her)? I'm just speculating about the romantic obsession and I have no evidence or proof of it. So take it with a grain of salt. But I can't think of too many other reasons he'd put so much effort into the Karen Read case beyond either that or maybe some sort of personal vendetta against someone else involved.

He was under a restraining order from his former girlfriend. So I don't buy any depiction of him as a jolly old family man.

I don't know...I did find some of his commentary and call outs funny...but I sometimes felt like he picked on people with real problems....these people were often doing stupid/low life things...but he was picking on bottom of the barrel, desperate type people. Sometimes the stories were legit and were like, wow...what a loser...like people getting in barfights, domestic abuse etc. At this point he has really had no other stories/reports other than what is going on with Karen Read...and he seems to have gone nuts. I think he's destroyed much of his 'career'. Not sure if he'll go back to picking on other trashy people or what.

Turtleboy seems like the classic "White Knight". A love-sick, silly middle-aged guy who has gone somewhat off the rails.

I never heard of him before this...not impressed.

i was never 'impressed' with him, but some of his stories and people he exposed of bad behavior were funny. I always thought he was a just for fun social media type guy but he seems to be taking it to another level.

His behavior over Reed is, just, off. Then watching him grinning in the camera. Looks somewhat unhinged.

agree...i'm not sure there's anything romantic for him with her...but just more of trying to get fame or something...and he's thriving off all the attention he's getting with this. He no longer seems sane to me.

Sadly this is what social media and getting attention does to a lot of people.

Her trial has been postponed. Federal prosecutors just presented over 3,000 pages of new evidence.

In my opinion, she's going to walk regardless of the new evidence.

Turtleboy put the idea in people's heads that this is a police cover-up.

All it will take is one juror who has ever had a problem with the police...and it's a mistrial.
