New flooring, all types, is something many have changed before moving in. My advice is leave as is until asked about.

We bought our house in 2020 and the floors of one of the bedrooms weren’t great. They were/are hardwood and had some stains/discoloration. We still bought the house and threw down a rug and use that bedroom as a guest room that no one has ever stayed in.

If they can be improved that's fine but don't hide things. I just cleaned out the glass around an outside light of mine and found out it is just one rusty screw holding it up. Then there was covering which I thought was to a chimney...nope it's an old AC smoke detector. Honesty is better than covering it up. Fixing things is fine as long as it isn't a surprise

In this market, its unlikely to make or break a sale. I'd wait unless your/their agent thinks it would hold up a sale.
