Guess I'm the opposite. I'm all for less interaction with folks. Self-service and mobile ordering is my preferred method these days.

They definitely do prioritize it. I try and avoid drive-thru's and often find myself going in and not being noticed for a good 5 mins or so because the staff are all running around tending to drive-thru orders.
