In my neighborhood, they are the working professionals. Next door a Doctor from Colombia. Across the street a Professor from Costa Rica. A few houses down a Nurse Practioner from Guatemala.

Heck, I could take you on a driving tour of rural Tennessee and show you some of the trashiest places around and drug crime is rampant. And guess what; they are populated by white people. Same goes for just about any other state.
It isn't the color of the skin of individuals that makes an area unsafe and trashy; it is the people themselves and that includes white people.

Exactly.
