I don't have experience with that particular dealer, but dealership reputation has very little weight in my car buying process as 1) I don't plan on ever returning for parts and service and 2) every dealer has customers with bad stories. Because of this price is overwhelmingly the top factor. These days availability will matter too.
I bought a new Toyota from Lexington Toyota a little over a year ago. I got lucky as it happened to be both the lowest price and shortest lead time.
You got me curious so I just looked up Lexington's Yelp rating and while its average rating is better than Koch's, Lexington's still got plenty of 1-star reviews.
No there is only one Koch, in Lancaster. Haven't you also demanded to know who they supported for president?
Some people would much rather do business with those who support globalists who are in bed with large multinationals, Ukrainian/Russian criminals, and China. Much higher moral ground to be on. lmao
What a binary world we live in here in the US. Glad I don't limit myself to reading only the NYT and WaPo.
While under warranty, I always use the dealer for everything (except tires) so location is important to me.
You don't have to use the dealership you bought it from. The OP could use any Toyota dealership.
