Oh I can, especially considering his transgressions weren't related to his job duty. Cops who've done much worse have kept their pensions before.

Ehh, but then he'd have to pay for it. By exploiting all these landlords he's been getting his housing for free. I think he's just optimizing the self function, and since it appears he's never paid a price for all this wrongdoing other than needing to move on now and then, he's probably gotten very arrogant about how easy it's been to get away with, and just isn't worried about any consequences, because after all, there have never been any. Yep, and imagine all the hundreds of thousands he's saved over those 20 years being a shyster...probably all went down the toilet on gambling addictions or something....I'm sure it will all come out eventually whatever the deal is.
