Is it wrong that when i heard TurtleBoy got arrested, I immediately thought of my friends here at C-D/Mass?

So totally not true.

Certain persons (such as WASPS or just well off or even middle class whites of European ancestry) from New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia and other northeast states going into and past Appalachia right down to south or mid-west long have gone to Maine, Massachusetts and Rhode Island at least for summer holidays. You later can add a population of blacks who went to MV as well.

First it was by train then came airplanes. IIRC there were also "ferries" that ran between say NYC or NJ to ports further north. Then of course with rise of automobiles and highway system people drove.

Long story short New England has long been at least a summer vacation destination for all sorts of northerners and others as well.

I don't recall TB coming up too much until this thread mentioning the arrest.

He's been mentioned here before a few times. Apparently it was very memorable for GeoffD and that is where I get all my news from, lol. Even though TB is not at all a news source.

I don't hate turtleboy, I actually think he's funny. Many people here hate him and he is just too beneath them to laugh a little at what he reports/blogs.

I watched a few recent vlogs. Quite entertaining due to the fact it's unbelievable the lengths he goes to tracking people down and confronting them along with his 'riders'. Seems to shed light on some things that certainly should raise some eyebrows that no one else is reporting on but I guess his tactics do seem to cross the line a bit.

Used to fly into Chatham for breakfast on Sat AMs and then fly home. My best friend's uncle (RIP) was retired Air Force and part of the East Coast Aero Club at Hanscom. I forget what the rates were to rent the plane for the day and fly, but that as an adventure I always looked forward to.
Well, one reason you might like single engine better it's b/c you're almost guaranteed to have less interaction with unruly crazies making scenes on planes these days. Probably safer and a more enjoyable experience in that regard.

You have linked to his garbage here trying to support some absurd position. Fair game.
