Considering a move to Lawrence, MA. Looking at condos at 11 Lawrence St.

Does anyone know If this is a decent building/condo development?

Also, does it have parking, allow pets (a cat)?

Is the building managed by a company or just the condo association members?

Thanks for any information that you can provide!

If I’m not mistaken there was an issue about a year ago about the condition of the building. I’ll
Try and see if I can find the article but the conditions of the common areas were bad. There was a tenant who was interviewed by the local newspaper.

Default 11 Lawrence St. Lawrence, MA

I found the article online that you were referring to. It was in the Eagle Tribune. Turns out the place is deplorable.

Thanks for warning me! I won't be moving there!

I'd avoid Lawrence in general.

There are some good people in Lawrence, and it is slowly improving, but it is still one of the least desirable places in the commonwealth.. Consider North Andover instead. Lowell or Haverhill if you must have a mill loft.

A Lawrence condo is also probably not the ideal investment mechanism either unless we are talking a quite long term
