Aloha,
I know it's way too early to think about Christmas, but my husband and I will be heading out to Maui next week. Would like to hand out some samples from Wildwood Pinecones Co. from Bend,Oregon. Our goal is to eventually supply all our good friends and ohana in Maui some fresh Oregon Christmas wreaths,swags,gift baskets,scented pinecones and garland during the holiday season. Any suggestions as to which businesses / organizations might be interested in a gift and a brochure from Wildwood Pinecones Co. for the Christmas 2011 season? Just let us know. We'll be in Maui soon.

Since this is a BUSINESS, make sure you have obtained the necessary permits/approvals/inspection or what-not from Hawaii Dept of Agriculture.

Note, you will have to decalre the wreaths upon arrival as they fall under the "Pine" and "Pine Cutting" requirments and outide the Oct - Dec period. Note, if the wreaths alrady have a certificate of origin and inspection, I think they will be exempt from inspection. Note, since this is for commerical purposes, you don;t want to get caught not obeying the rules. You can get away with the stink-eye if caught bringing your buddy a wreath as a gift, but if caught for commerical reasons, check out the penalty section.
