Prices for shipping? (Honolulu: how much, live, delivery)

Who has recently shipped their car or a container to Maui from the Mainland.

How much did it cost for the Car?

How much did it cost for the container (size, door-to-door?)

Who did you use? Matson, Horizon, Pasha, other?

I'll be shipping my stuff out of LA.

I used Pasha recently, and it was about $1050 from LA. For other stuff, I just used USPS. If you ship a box as "parcel", it's pretty cheap. I shipped most of the boxes as "Parcel" and a few as "flat rate" shipping for important things and stuff I needed as soon as I got here. I shipped about 20 boxes and I think the total fee was about $650 or so. Good luck!

These are common questions, and there are lots of recent posts on these topics. Use the Search function to pull them up.

All three shippers have the same tariff for a passenger car from California - currently $1,074. Pasha is currently the only one which unloads directly on Maui. The others unload at Honolulu and then barge your car to Maui.

Specifically where-is-the-door? to where-is-the-door? has a lot to do with the quote you'll get, but I'd say a bit over $3K for a 20 ft. container with simple pickup and delivery.
