I'd give Henriette a better chance than Flossie had. Gil is cutting a path of low pressure, it's staying in the warmer water, not moving as fast, and upper level winds have dropped off a bit, so little upper shear affect.. Bet the Bigger Island gets something out of it. Entire weather pattern for the state isn't looking to hot rain wise in the long term.

Woke up to sound of rain (sprinkles) this a.m., since I live in Kihei it was a bit scary but no sirens so no worries!
