Are there caves in Hawaii that are considered Taboo? Or anything of the sort?

I wouldn't be surprised if every cave in Hawaii has at one point been used for burials. There is only so much space to us for burials on these little islands, which is why construction projects often uncover remains

There is sacred ground around LA PEROUSE BAY, Stick to the walkway, do not walk onto the sacred ground, it has a lot of history there as well

Which island is that on? And why is it sacred? It would be so very interesting to sit and listen to some other older locals about this kind of stuff ~ a member of my family went to Hawaii about 20 + years ago and all kinds of bad things happens to him and his wife.....And it's only them and no one else in the family ~
