Try Frank's. Specializes in the surfing crowd, who tend to be living on the cheap.
Maui Car Rental | Frank's Friendly Cars Rates, Info, and Reservations.

Or Kimo's. A step up from Frank's. But still good deals.

Good luck!

When renting, I was $350 for 12 days and then $850 for the remaining 28 days. And that was a '13 Hyundai Tuscon from Enterprise. Mind you, renting under one contract for the 40 days was going to be significantly more, but by breaking it up into two contracts - same vehicle - saved me a significant amount.

Based on my experience, I'd say you're getting hosed.

Was that at Christmas time?

I didn't know there was an Enterprise in Kihei or I would have checked there

Thank you!

So far I've found $186 for a week to be the cheapest deal

Those Yelp reviews are pretty bad. Sounds like they consistently add on charges sometimes without telling the customer.

I still say that renting from Enterprise is the best way to go. I have yet to have a bad experience with the OGG location.
