Dont ever rent from this place!!!!! For the price of rent is ridiculous. I rented from this place 2 years ago, and they charge 50 for each adult for the application, then they charge you $100 to reserve an apartment when half is available. Not only you pay a ridiculous price for rent they charge you for sewer, trash, and water which ranges from 80-100. And to top it off they dont include electric which would be another 150-200. Lastly my apartment was infested with termites, and how many times i tell them about the problem and send a pest control. Obviously if you manage an old property it needs to be fumigated!!! I guess they couldnt afford expensing out for their tenants. A place you call home???? Its slumville, with their nasty pools, dirty laundry mat, which charges an arm n leg to wash and with the machine who rips everyone off. Dont let the pictures fool you... All they want to do is rip you off!!!!

I believe they also charg a separate pet deposit which is illegal in our state.
