The problem here is, she is paid by US taxpayers, and should understand that she has a responsibility to answer any and all questions put to her. She may not like the question, or the person asking, but that is part of what she is paid to do. She works for ALL Americans.
I bet she learns a lesson come re election time. The person running against her will probably run that segment over and over in their campaign ads. I would.

How silly. She's not elected to answer all questions. She was elected to represent her constituents not ALL Americans.

Yup. It will be a slam dunk if for no other reason than she simply can't let go of the one-note 'fighter pilot' thing she continues to bring up that many believe played a part in her previous senate run failure.
This was part of her comments after the CNN kerfuffle:
“I’m a fighter pilot, you know, I called it like it is, and that’s what we see out of the mainstream media, especially CNN, every single day, so obviously I’m going to tell the truth and I did it today and it’s laughable how they’ve responded"
