That judge, U.S. District Court Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil, was nominated by Trump.
She said the remarks were "..........rhetorical hyperbole and opinion commentary intended to frame a political debate, and as such, are not actionable as defamation."
She did not say "no reasonable viewer takes Tucker Carlson seriously", did she?
But ramble on, OP!
Slam . No reasonable viewer takes original post of the thread seriously
A federal judge on Friday dismissed a $10 million defamation lawsuit by One America News (OAN) against Rachel Maddow, finding that a "reasonable viewer" would know the MSNBC prime-time host was only offering her opinion when she called the right-leaning network "paid Russian propaganda."
MSNBC, CNN: All satire/ opinion shows based on hate. No facts.
Same with Fox News. All cable news networks would go broke from lack of viewers, if all they did was present news based on fact, rather than opinion, hour after all.

I watch Tucker frequently. I don't agree with him on everything but I do on a lot of things. His ratings have been really high lately because I think he's covering stories that the mainstream media won't or care to.
His take on things is mostly reasonable, yeah, he leans more conservative, more so than do I but he has a lot of viewers that are more down the middle that watch him. I like him better than Hannity. Hannity blows too much smoke up Trump's rear all of the time. He's kind of a trump bootlicker, but whatever.
Tucker has been more evenhanded when covering Trump on issues.
