I recently went on a property inspection tour, with some historical data I had received from Ryan J Piana who had reviewed over 150 REO properties and his trending analysis at the time appeared to be correct for certain areas. He raved about how beautiful the area was and the fact that the big lenders and servicers were dragging down property values and creating a huge problem for area home owners. Is there any one doing anything about the time it takes lenders to clean up these horrible vacant homes in despair that are destroying our property values. Where is ACORN, where are the politicians making lenders clean up these homes and get new home owners in them to start maintaining them. Why do homes sit vacant in foreclosure for so long?
