I agree with calling Charlies. It's the one I would have recommended. My favorite burger place buys from there. That's how we got on to using them. If they don't have it, maybe they can suggest someone.

also if Charlie's doesnt. Try Oakland Meat Market in Oakland. Its just out Hwy 64 and Mr. Glover has great meats there. Also ask at Schnucks. Ya never know..
