Is this anxiety or ALS? (pain, headaches, months, make)

4 days ago I started to experience tingling in my legs and arms. After the tingling, I started to feel funny and started to twitch. I started to have back aches, headaches, and neck/chest pain. Another bit of information, my mother died 2 months ago
