Is anyone still up with me? I can never seem to sleep when I'm supposed to like a normal human being. It's weird that sometimes I literally won't sleep for days, then it'll just hit me. I have tried OTC sleep aids but none seem to work. Any advice?

See your doctor. I have the same problem recently due to some major life changes and have had success with some OTC sleep aids and use a prescription sleep aid on occasion ("as needed"). If you've been suffering from insomnia for awhile, your doctor can recommend some tests to see what the root cause(s) may be.

If you're not sleeping for days you need to see a doctor.
