I was just going to post on the Iron deficiency issue, it's true red meats do help with the low iron issue. B12 is so important.

Many yrs ago long before the internet info, I went thru a hysterectomy and the "older" surgeon said when I was discharged from hospital, don't forget to eat some red meat to build up iron. Women lose so much blood in their lifetimes anyway, and add a surgery to it all.

I have occasionally been overtaken by unexpected exhaustion. It's never had anything to do with depression. I think it's just my body telling me it needs a reset and that I should go take a nap. You don't indicate that this happens regularly, just that it has happened once before. Given how many factors could be contributing to such an event, I think maybe this is not something to be concerned about unless it starts to happen regularly. Twice isn't exactly a pattern. The next time it happens, imo, you should just right from the get-go recognize your exhaustion and rather than continuing what you're doing, get yourself somewhere you can rest. Then hydrate with water and take a nap.

In general, focus on drinking enough water and getting enough regular sleep.
