Every now and then I feel like something stars to grow out of my back and I feel the urge to cut it off. Obviously there’s nothing in my back, but I still “think” there’s something. I realized it usually happens when I experience feelings of sadness or guilt, anyone knows what’s the meaning of this?

Weird. It would make more sense if it was a dream. Reminds me of dreams where my teeth are falling out. Its basically just your mind dealing with anxiety or fear, but only in a dream and not consciously. Have you had any other weird thoughts like this?
