how's your gut game? research has recently figured out that mental issues are often caused by dysbiosis (messed up bacteria in gut). imo this is the most common cause. i've personally seen working on gut health completely reverse serious anxiety/panic attacks in two close associates, one of which had battled it for twenty years trying all kinds of stuff/doctors
