I heard from studies saying people without kids are less likely to have social anxiety, if they are over 30. Is this true? Are childless people more social?

Citations please. I would NOT say childless people "are more social" or suffer less social anxiety. Those are pretty simplistic statements. I'd suspect it is a lot more nuanced that that. I can imagine someone who has chosen not to have kids might be someone who's less socially needy. That's a different thing. I did a quick search (so take that FWIW) and found this study:

Speaking only for myself, I am peacefully childless. On a day to day basis I'm not too socially inclined but I wouldn't describe myself as socially anxious. Just kind of take it or leave it. I know I'm an introvert which basically means my emotional batteries get their recharge from spending time alone instead of being around others. It does not mean I am anti-social, lonely, socially anxious, or a recluse. By contrast, an extrovert tends to get their energy from spending time with others.

It's also possible that those who are childless or childfree may have more social anxiety, since society often disapproves of their choice if childfree, or might ask painful questions if they're childless.
