We as a society are absolutely addicted to sugar in various forms. Food manufacturers make sure of this. Some ppl may not like cookies but they eat bread or pasta which are also forms of sugar.

Glad you gave up the cigarettes. Small steps just don't try to do it all at once.
That's something I never tried so the next time I want to give into my cravings I will do just that, binge till I feel sick. Maybe it will work for me and once a month I can treat myself.

Be careful though because you really can get sick especially if your body is out of the habit of eating garbage. Then when you put that stuff in you it doesn't feel good phsyichally, mentally or emotionally. To think that most ppl eat this crap everyday, all day is just frightening. Its no wonder ppl are sick and obese.

My philosophy its its better to do it all at once then say have cookies, ice cream and cake everyday. However if you can go w/out eating that stuff ever again you will be much better off.

You can treat food addictions with EFT. It stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and it works like a charm. The instructions are free to download through their website, EFT Home - World Center for EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

I've been using this to help people with cravings, fears and phobias for 4 years now, anyone can learn to do this!
