What's the difference between the three Sprinters, each with a different nameplate? (MB, Freightliner, or Dodge)

!) The name plate

2) The dealer network that sells each respective name plate

3) That's really it.

Do they even still sell a Dodge Sprinter anymore? I think when they first introduced them here, Mercedes has cultivated their brand as exclusively luxury here in the US that they did not want to sell them as Mercedes, both for dilution of the brand and that customers might not buy them as they did not want to be perceived as buying expensive delivery vehicles. I thought they had eventually changed their minds and gone back to Mercedes.

As far as the Sprinter triplets, now twins, they're all identical short of the grille.

Dodge Sprinter is dead, replaced with the RAM ProMaster which is the Fiat Ducato. The Fiat Duplo is the new Ram ProMaster City, which takes on Ford's Transit Connect, not to be confused with the new Ford Transit full size van that the rest of the world has had for an eternity.
