Need a good Mexico Dentist across TX border (driving, doctors, close to)

Guys,

My parents don't have a health or dental insurance. They really need to get their dental problems fixed.

Please help me find a good dentist in Mexico close to TX border ASAP. I will be driving from Austin, TX. This is the only option I have (can't afford US doctors) or else their teeth will rot further.

I look forward to hear your advice/recommendation. If possible, please recommend an optometrist(for eye glasses) across TX border as well . Thank you very much for your attention.
