That's the governor of Jalisco, he's certifying that beer plant in Zapopan (basically western Guadalajara) to start production since they have met safety standards so get the sticker. He also says there are 55,000 businesses in the state that will go through the qualifying process.

There were still putting it out when I was there, clearly some distributor has jumped the gun on the June 1 thing.

Hey parcero, hay un poquito de miedo de es algo temporal, y cuando llegue la subida de los casos el gobierno va a acabar con la parranda y otra vez con las misma pecueca.

Por eso es mejor almacenar una reserva, por si las moscas.
