Don't know how many recall, but, on the 13th of Dec in 1997, Guadalajara had the first measureable amount of snowfall in the 20th century. My wife and I went to the tianguis that day to do our weekly shopping and the covers over the booths were covered with fresh snow. Many of the vendors scraped enough snow up to make a snowball and a miniature snowball fight erupted
