This is what has always been done. Texas does not have the authority to play CBP and go put up barriers or do anything that's interferes with border patrol duties. That's the whole point of this all. The bigger mess that none of these politically charged people ignore is if you allow every state to have it's own policies and take their own actions you will have anarchy. What if one state puts up extra borders while another state cuts down fences and says come on in? Total anarchy coming on a national policy with national agencies rightfully getting involved.

And yet you just let people who have nothing but political hate in mind post here about this topic when we got plenty of other threads they can vent in elsewhere.
