Most of us know about the artificial islets in Dubai,2 projects,
the Plm & the World...

They are fantastic with only 1 disadvantage.

Housing on them is...ultra expensive.

Would you favour a lower cost project for Miami area,
offering luxurious housing to upper middle class & higher..?

But also with diversity, with randomly selected winners through lottery,
with gov subsidies for lower income families to move etc...

Not a getto for the rich, but a microcosm of Mia & USA...

There are already high rise towers in Mia...

In those islets we can have a harmonic combination of SFH & High Rises...

No; most definitely not. I prefer the bay and ocean to be left in their natural state. No more fake islands are needed.

The Dubai islets look magnificent, are envirnmentally friendly & attract interest from all over the world...

Due to the shallow waters & the weather,Mia is the ideal place to build those islets...

We got enough islands already to be honest.

yeah........they are cool, but Dubai is now just about broke after building all this crazy stuff.....I just read an article that the vacancy rate for office space is going to approach 50%...........and most of those islands they built are ghost towns in foreclosure

In Dubai, they did an ultra expensive way of constructing & had to price the lots starting at ...2m...

That's why I specified "low" cost construction...

Generally,Dubai overextended, but the islets project is viable...
