I can name 100+ areas that have gotten worse, including North Miami/NMB, Hialeah, and the Westchester/Doral/Sweetwater 'suburban' barrio, complete with graffiti, 10' block walls, and cars on lawns.
How would you know which areas have changed since the 1980's? Just for kicks, start listing those "100+ areas"

Well, if you count street corners, parks, and general areas, it would be easy.

Crisp

If such exodus exists, does it mean that people in Liberty City, Overtown, the Grove ghetto, Popaloca and the rest of the areas inhabited by Black Anglos will move to Broward?

I think it would be very good for them, their Anglo brothers will receive them with open arms and they'll have better job opportunities. They won't have any problem with Spanish.

They would leave behind large tracts of Real State whose price will skyrocket, the same thing that happened before.

I'm not sure if you're being facetious or not, but black residents in those areas, are clearly not middle class. They're not the ones moving, and if they do, they go to areas like Goulds/Perrine...(I am wrong? )

I don't think any group (middle/upper class) of any race welcomes its own poor with open arms.

Interesting and very true!

Look what happened after Katrina, the poor, displaced and almost 100% black population was warmly welcomed in Houston. Churches and community groups organized that effort.
