The funny thing about this board, is how they say everyone hates Miami, then you get here and talk to people outside of a forum and realize most people are pretty dang happy. I have been to NYC, it was pretty cool.. but I could never stand to live there.

I guess because individuals with unfavorable responses or bad experiences are more likely to quickly post than individuals with positive experiences. I have been at a apartment complex for years and I really enjoy it, but never have written a positive review on apartmentratings.com yet, though I have intended to for years lol. If my experienced was negative at this complex, I probably would have immediately written a negative response. I think I would prefer Miami over NYC too.
