I wonder if they are showing the location, because I do not think the one empty that it seems to be located in is large enough for such a structure. There is a large lot next to the Jade but the website does not show the new building there.

Yeah, it's amazing - as many vacancies as there are - a crappy economy - I'll be surprised if they build. They must be getting some sort of tax incentive or something.

Or maybe it's just a front for a coke operation.

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't target the local market and targeted just foreign buyers and this thing sells out with in a year or two.

Don't you think that the owners of the newly built and vacant buildings in Brickell and other parts of Miami have tried and failed to attract foreign buyers.

All you guys do realize that vacancy is down in Downtown and rent prices are getting higher. Prices would not be higher if there were all these empty places to chose from.
