Hi there ...

So we've been looking at properties in Miami Beach and for some reason half of the homes on Stillwater drive seem to be up for sale?

I know that the hood leading up to it isn't the best, but I was wondering if someone knows what the heck is going on in that little island that has the residents leaving en masse?

Realtors are being very evasive about the whole thing.

Thanks.

I am not aware of anything but if you are sensing something odd than you might be right.
