Hi I'm 31 and looking to travel to Miami, but I would like to have a few people there to go out to the bars with in South Beach, im wondering what I could do to make that happen, there is a website called meetup, but any other suggestions? Volunteering also is what I would like to do part of the trip, any suggestions?

Yeah I'm looking to vacation but also do a group thing like volunteer or get to know someone to go to the bars in South Beach with my age, the site called meetup sounds like a good idea, I'm traveling alone and I thought it would be fun to do that rather then go out alone, which isnt fun.

There's 6 million people in greater Miami! You're worried about being alone? Surely in a city of six million you can find somebody!
Want some advice? Go stay at the Hostel at 235 Washington. That's where I lived when it was the Parkside. That place is a magnet for partying.

Bars are certainly not my idea of fun let alone the $15 a drink... Just go and I am sure you will be surrounded by like minded people.
